How To Eliminate Man Boobs}

Submitted by: Diane Crawford

It may be embarrassing and uncomfortable, but it’s an unfortunate fact of life for many men: Developing breasts… or man boobs.

If you’re a teenage boy who’s still going through puberty and you’ve discovered you have man boobs, you don’t have to worry. And you don’t have to do anything special to eliminate those man boobs either.

You see, man boobs develop naturally with adolescent boys, because of the major hormone imbalance that happens during puberty. It’s completely normal and natural, and your man boobs will disappear on their own within one to three years.

The same thing can happen in elderly men by the way, for the same reasons it happens to teenage boys. Hormones go crazy at certain times in a man’s life.

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPl5NCoYbf0[/youtube]

Now, if you’re a grown man past puberty but not yet close to being elderly, you may have found yourself growing man boobs too. This often happens when you put on a bit of extra weight. It’s caused simply by having extra fat on your chest.

If you’ve developed man boobs from gaining weight, you can eliminate those boobs by taking some simple steps.

1. Burn the fat. This may seem obvious to some, but it’s true. Eliminating man boobs caused by weight gain is easy to do by simply losing the extra weight. Now losing weight by itself might not eliminate the boobs… you have to actually lose body fat in order to lose the boobs too. And burning body fat is not always easy or quick.

Burning actual body fat can be done with some changes to your eating habits. Choosing fiber rich foods for instance, and high protein can help a lot. You also need to eliminate sugar and starch heavy foods too though, because these are actually the cause of you having additional body fat to begin with.

You can also burn enough fat to eliminate your man boobs by exercising. You can’t spot reduce the boobs though, since they’re caused by extra fat on your chest and there’s no way to exercise fat off of just one part of your body. In fact, if you try to spot reduce the chest area, you’re more likely to make the problem more noticeable. Since the fat sits on top of your chest muscles, over-developing those will simply make your man boobs stick out further.

Instead you’ll need to do some cardio, strength training and interval workout exercises. These all help your body burn calories, burn fat, and boost your metabolism – all of which are key factors to eliminating the man boobs.

You can also eliminate or reduce the appearance of your man boobs by developing the upper chest instead. Push ups are great exercise for this, because they build the upper chest area and this helps lesson the appearance of the man boobs.

2. Another way to completely eliminate man boobs is to have cosmetic surgery. A plastic surgeon can do a simple procedure which involves removing the additional fat from your chest area. This completely eliminates the man boob problem for you fairly quickly and easily.

3. Last but not least: Check your drug and alcohol usage. In rare cases some recreational drugs, alcohol, or prescription medication can cause men to grow boobs. By simply changing or eliminating these factors from your life, you can eliminate the man boob problems automatically too.

Bat for Lashes plays the Bowery Ballroom: an Interview with Natasha Khan

Friday, September 28, 2007

Bat for Lashes is the doppelgänger band ego of one of the leading millennial lights in British music, Natasha Khan. Caroline Weeks, Abi Fry and Lizzy Carey comprise the aurora borealis that backs this haunting, shimmering zither and glockenspiel peacock, and the only complaint coming from the audience at the Bowery Ballroom last Tuesday was that they could not camp out all night underneath these celestial bodies.

We live in the age of the lazy tendency to categorize the work of one artist against another, and Khan has had endless exultations as the next Björk and Kate Bush; Sixousie Sioux, Stevie Nicks, Sinead O’Connor, the list goes on until it is almost meaningless as comparison does little justice to the sound and vision of the band. “I think Bat For Lashes are beyond a trend or fashion band,” said Jefferson Hack, publisher of Dazed & Confused magazine. “[Khan] has an ancient power…she is in part shamanic.” She describes her aesthetic as “powerful women with a cosmic edge” as seen in Jane Birkin, Nico and Cleopatra. And these women are being heard. “I love the harpsichord and the sexual ghost voices and bowed saws,” said Radiohead‘s Thom Yorke of the track Horse and I. “This song seems to come from the world of Grimm’s fairytales.”

Bat’s debut album, Fur And Gold, was nominated for the 2007 Mercury Prize, and they were seen as the dark horse favorite until it was announced Klaxons had won. Even Ladbrokes, the largest gambling company in the United Kingdom, had put their money on Bat for Lashes. “It was a surprise that Klaxons won,” said Khan, “but I think everyone up for the award is brilliant and would have deserved to win.”

Natasha recently spoke with David Shankbone about art, transvestism and drug use in the music business.

DS: Do you have any favorite books?

NK: [Laughs] I’m not the best about finishing books. What I usually do is I will get into a book for a period of time, and then I will dip into it and get the inspiration and transformation in my mind that I need, and then put it away and come back to it. But I have a select rotation of cool books, like Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés and Little Birds by Anaïs Nin. Recently, Catching the Big Fish by David Lynch.

DS: Lynch just came out with a movie last year called Inland Empire. I interviewed John Vanderslice last night at the Bowery Ballroom and he raved about it!

NK: I haven’t seen it yet!

DS: Do you notice a difference between playing in front of British and American audiences?

NK: The U.S. audiences are much more full of expression and noises and jubilation. They are like, “Welcome to New York, Baby!” “You’re Awesome!” and stuff like that. Whereas in England they tend to be a lot more reserved. Well, the English are, but it is such a diverse culture you will get the Spanish and Italian gay guys at the front who are going crazy. I definitely think in America they are much more open and there is more excitement, which is really cool.

DS: How many instruments do you play and, please, include the glockenspiel in that number.

NK: [Laughs] I think the number is limitless, hopefully. I try my hand at anything I can contribute; I only just picked up the bass, really—

DS: –I have a great photo of you playing the bass.

NK: I don’t think I’m very good…

DS: You look cool with it!

NK: [Laughs] Fine. The glockenspiel…piano, mainly, and also the harp. Guitar, I like playing percussion and drumming. I usually speak with all my drummers so that I write my songs with them in mind, and we’ll have bass sounds, choir sounds, and then you can multi-task with all these orchestral sounds. Through the magic medium of technology I can play all kinds of sounds, double bass and stuff.

DS: Do you design your own clothes?

NK: All four of us girls love vintage shopping and charity shops. We don’t have a stylist who tells us what to wear, it’s all very much our own natural styles coming through. And for me, personally, I like to wear jewelery. On the night of the New York show that top I was wearing was made especially for me as a gift by these New York designers called Pepper + Pistol. And there’s also my boyfriend, who is an amazing musician—

DS: —that’s Will Lemon from Moon and Moon, right? There is such good buzz about them here in New York.

NK: Yes! They have an album coming out in February and it will fucking blow your mind! I think you would love it, it’s an incredible masterpiece. It’s really exciting, I’m hoping we can do a crazy double unfolding caravan show, the Bat for Lashes album and the new Moon and Moon album: that would be really theatrical and amazing! Will prints a lot of my T-shirts because he does amazing tapestries and silkscreen printing on clothes. When we play there’s a velvety kind of tapestry on the keyboard table that he made. So I wear a lot of his things, thrift store stuff, old bits of jewelry and antique pieces.

DS: You are often compared to Björk and Kate Bush; do those constant comparisons tend to bother you as an artist who is trying to define herself on her own terms?

NK: No, I mean, I guess that in the past it bothered me, but now I just feel really confident and sure that as time goes on my musical style and my writing is taking a pace of its own, and I think in time the music will speak for itself and people will see that I’m obviously doing something different. Those women are fantastic, strong, risk-taking artists—

DS: —as are you—

NK: —thank you, and that’s a great tradition to be part of, and when I look at artists like Björk and Kate Bush, I think of them as being like older sisters that have come before; they are kind of like an amazing support network that comes with me.

DS: I’d imagine it’s preferable to be considered the next Björk or Kate Bush instead of the next Britney.

NK: [Laughs] Totally! Exactly! I mean, could you imagine—oh, no I’m not going to try to offend anyone now! [Laughs] Let’s leave it there.

DS: Does music feed your artwork, or does you artwork feed your music more? Or is the relationship completely symbiotic?

NK: I think it’s pretty back-and-forth. I think when I have blocks in either of those area, I tend to emphasize the other. If I’m finding it really difficult to write something I know that I need to go investigate it in a more visual way, and I’ll start to gather images and take photographs and make notes and make collages and start looking to photographers and filmmakers to give me a more grounded sense of the place that I’m writing about, whether it’s in my imagination or in the characters. Whenever I’m writing music it’s a very visual place in my mind. It has a location full of characters and colors and landscapes, so those two things really compliment each other, and they help the other one to blossom and support the other. They are like brother and sister.

DS: When you are composing music, do you see notes and words as colors and images in your mind, and then you put those down on paper?

NK: Yes. When I’m writing songs, especially lately because I think the next album has a fairly strong concept behind it and I’m writing the songs, really imagining them, so I’m very immersed into the concept of the album and the story that is there through the album. It’s the same as when I’m playing live, I will imagine I see a forest of pine trees and sky all around me and the audience, and it really helps me. Or I’ll just imagine midnight blue and emerald green, those kind of Eighties colors, and they help me.

DS: Is it always pine trees that you see?

NK: Yes, pine trees and sky, I guess.

DS: What things in nature inspire you?

NK: I feel drained thematically if I’m in the city too long. I think that when I’m in nature—for example, I went to Big Sur last year on a road trip and just looking up and seeing dark shadows of trees and starry skies really gets me and makes me feel happy. I would sit right by the sea, and any time I have been a bit stuck I will go for a long walk along the ocean and it’s just really good to see vast horizons, I think, and epic, huge, all-encompassing visions of nature really humble you and give you a good sense of perspective and the fact that you are just a small particle of energy that is vibrating along with everything else. That really helps.

DS: Are there man-made things that inspire you?

NK: Things that are more cultural, like open air cinemas, old Peruvian flats and the Chelsea Hotel. Funny old drag queen karaoke bars…

DS: I photographed some of the famous drag queens here in New York. They are just such great creatures to photograph; they will do just about anything for the camera. I photographed a famous drag queen named Miss Understood who is the emcee at a drag queen restaurant here named Lucky Cheng’s. We were out in front of Lucky Cheng’s taking photographs and a bus was coming down First Avenue, and I said, “Go out and stop that bus!” and she did! It’s an amazing shot.

NK: Oh. My. God.

DS: If you go on her Wikipedia article it’s there.

NK: That’s so cool. I’m really getting into that whole psychedelic sixties and seventies Paris Is Burning and Jack Smith and the Destruction of Atlantis. Things like The Cockettes. There seems to be a bit of a revolution coming through that kind of psychedelic drag queen theater.

DS: There are just so few areas left where there is natural edge and art that is not contrived. It’s taking a contrived thing like changing your gender, but in the backdrop of how that is still so socially unacceptable.

NK: Yeah, the theatrics and creativity that go into that really get me. I’m thinking about The Fisher King…do you know that drag queen in The Fisher King? There’s this really bad and amazing drag queen guy in it who is so vulnerable and sensitive. He sings these amazing songs but he has this really terrible drug problem, I think, or maybe it’s a drink problem. It’s so bordering on the line between fabulous and those people you see who are so in love with the idea of beauty and elevation and the glitz and the glamor of love and beauty, but then there’s this really dark, tragic side. It’s presented together in this confusing and bewildering way, and it always just gets to me. I find it really intriguing.

DS: How are you received in the Pakistani community?

NK: [Laughs] I have absolutely no idea! You should probably ask another question, because I have no idea. I don’t have contact with that side of my family anymore.

DS: When you see artists like Pete Doherty or Amy Winehouse out on these suicidal binges of drug use, what do you think as a musician? What do you get from what you see them go through in their personal lives and with their music?

NK: It’s difficult. The drugs thing was never important to me, it was the music and expression and the way he delivered his music, and I think there’s a strange kind of romantic delusion in the media, and the music media especially, where they are obsessed with people who have terrible drug problems. I think that’s always been the way, though, since Billie Holiday. The thing that I’m questioning now is that it seems now the celebrity angle means that the lifestyle takes over from the actual music. In the past people who had musical genius, unfortunately their personal lives came into play, but maybe that added a level of romance, which I think is pretty uncool, but, whatever. I think that as long as the lifestyle doesn’t precede the talent and the music, that’s okay, but it always feels uncomfortable for me when people’s music goes really far and if you took away the hysteria and propaganda of it, would the music still stand up? That’s my question. Just for me, I’m just glad I don’t do heavy drugs and I don’t have that kind of problem, thank God. I feel that’s a responsibility you have, to present that there’s a power in integrity and strength and in the lifestyle that comes from self-love and assuredness and positivity. I think there’s a real big place for that, but it doesn’t really get as much of that “Rock n’ Roll” play or whatever.

DS: Is it difficult to come to the United States to play considering all the wars we start?

NK: As an English person I feel equally as responsible for that kind of shit. I think it is a collective consciousness that allows violence and those kinds of things to continue, and I think that our governments should be ashamed of themselves. But at the same time, it’s a responsibility of all of our countries, no matter where you are in the world to promote a peaceful lifestyle and not to consciously allow these conflicts to continue. At the same time, I find it difficult to judge because I think that the world is full of shades of light and dark, from spectrums of pure light and pure darkness, and that’s the way human nature and nature itself has always been. It’s difficult, but it’s just a process, and it’s the big creature that’s the world; humankind is a big creature that is learning all the time. And we have to go through these processes of learning to see what is right.

How Do Real Estate Agents Judge Their Clients’ Ability To Buy A House?

Click Here To Find Out More About:

By Jennifer Loucks

As a Real Estate Agent, how do you judge your clients ability to buy a house?

Remember when restaurants had dress codesmen had to wear ties and/or jackets, no jeans, etc.? People used to dress up when they flew on an airplane too. What happened?

Businesses that denied service based on how the person in front of them was dressed found out that they were often losing good business. Casual clothes became the norm and it became impossible to tell how much money a customer had based on what they were wearing.

Real estate agents often used similar criteria when a visitor to an Open House came in wearing torn jeans and a t-shirt, only to find out that that guy could buy and sell that house 100 times! Agents have to be very careful these days and use other techniques to determine if a potential buyer has the where-with-all to buy that house or not. We ask are you pre-qualified? or have you seen a mortgage broker? or we ask where they live now, how soon they want to make a change, etc.

Consider asking how long they have been looking, and in what areas, what is motivating them to look around, do they need to buy soon, etc. You can get a pretty good idea of their financial ability by how they answer these questions.

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXji7Cuu_KY[/youtube]

What about the eager agent who is only too happy to show that new client they got on a floor call lots of houses every weekend. At some point the agent has to get serious with the potential buyer. One way to start that conversation is to show them a Buyer/Broker agreement where the buyer is obligated to use the agent or to pay them a commission if they use someone else. This can scare buyers but its a good way to discuss how you get paid. Many people have NO idea that we dont get paid until the house closes, that we pay expenses and marketing costs for a house such as brochures, ads, food, etc. and that if the seller or buyer walks away we get nothing. There are few professions like this where we are not even reimbursed for our expenses or our time!

If you have discussed this with your buyer, you can ask them to commit to you as their agent, and can ask that they do get pre-qualified with a lender. If you are signing up a new listing and the sellers insist on lots of advertising, etc., ask them to split the cost of advertising. You can even offer to reimburse them for ad costs when the house sells.

If you use rational approaches to determining whether or not your client can indeed buy a house you wont need to judge them based on their dress, their car or the way they talk or waste time on those who will stay looky-loos forever. Lots less stress for you too!

I hope that potential buyers and sellers have read this too, as they need to be honest and up-front with agents as they work through the process, which can be agonizing at times. A good agent with whom you have a good rapport can make all the difference.

England: Multi-storey carpark in Liverpool gutted by fire, 1,300 vehicles destroyed

Thursday, January 4, 2018

A fire on Sunday night in the seven-storey carpark for the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England destroyed almost all the vehicles parked inside and led to cancellation of the final evening of the Liverpool International Horse Show and evacuation of nearby blocks of flats. The blaze reportedly started with a parked Range Rover Discovery.

Investigators with the fire brigade stated that they believe the fire began with an accidental engine fire in the Range Rover at about 4.30 pm. The first call was made at 4.42 and firefighters arrived eight minutes after that. Ultimately twelve engines and 85 firefighters were involved in combatting the blaze. Aerial appliances were used and also three high-volume pumps. Fed by the fuel in vehicles parked inside, the temperature of the fire in the carpark is believed to have reached as high as 1,000°C. It was too hot to be extinguished with water from hydrants, so a high-volume pump was used to draw water from the River Mersey, and two more were brought from other fire brigades in the region.

The carpark has seven storeys and a capacity of 1,600 vehicles, and approximately 1,300 were parked in it when the fire broke out. According to Dan Stephens, chief fire officer for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, almost all of them were destroyed, with the exception of a few parked on the top level and at corners. “With these very high temperatures, you were never going to put the fire out without the whole building taking hold. The speed at which the fire spreads means you simply aren’t going to put it out,” said Stephens.

The carpark itself was severely damaged; according to Joe Anderson, the mayor of Liverpool. It is not in danger of collapsing but will have to be demolished, which will be difficult with the many burned-out cars still inside it, Anderson told the BBC.

According to Stephens, there were no serious injuries: one woman injured her hand, and two people were treated for smoke inhalation. A spokesman for the Echo Arena also stated that all animals were safe. All horses were successfully evacuated from the carpark and then removed from the stables after smoke spread to them. Six dogs were also rescued unharmed, two on a lower level in the early stages of the fire and four that had been left in a car on the top level, freed by firefighters on Monday after the fire was put out.

The final evening of the four-day Liverpool International Horse Show had been scheduled to begin at 7.30, and had to be cancelled. Many attendees were stranded in the city on New Year’s Eve night. Merseyside police directed people to the Pullman Hotel, where Red Cross assistance was available, and the Liverpool City Council set up an assistance centre at the Lifestyles Gym. A spokesman for the Association of British Insurers has said that insurance companies will “move very quickly” to reimburse owners whose vehicles were destroyed.

Nearby blocks of flats were evacuated because of the smoke. Eyewitnesses reported hearing what they at first thought were firecrackers, then “multiple explosions”, “bangs and popping”, “the bangs of car windows exploding”. People reported leaving everything in their cars, including their cellphones, and running for their lives.

Mayor Anderson tweeted that cuts to fire services over the last two years made it significantly harder to fight the fire and might have caused it not to be controllable. He also suggested that fire safety in multi-storey carparks had not been sufficiently considered and that installing sprinklers in them might help stop future fires before they become unmanageable, in a letter to Nick Hurd, a member of Parliament.

Australian PM faces inquiry into Iraqi kickbacks

Friday, April 14, 2006

Wikinews Australia has in-depth coverage of this issue: Cole Inquiry

Australian Prime Minister, John Howard appeared before the Cole inquiry on Thursday, the first time an Australian Prime Minister has appeared before an inquiry with royal commission powers since 1983.

Unlike his foreign minister Alexander Downer who gave evidence before the inquiry on Tuesday, Mr Howard entered through the front door where he gave a brief address. He told the press that his government is being open about the Iraqi kickback affair. ” just want to make one point and that is that the appearance by me, earlier this week by the Foreign Minister and also by the Trade Minister, demonstrates absolutely how open and transparent and accountable the Government is being in relation to this matter” Mr Howard said to reporters.

Mr Howard was questioned by John Agius, counsel assisting the inquiry. Counsel for AWB, the company at the centre of the scandal did not apply to cross-examine the prime minister.

Terrence Cole, the inquiry’s commissioner received an application from Peter Geary and Micheal Long’s counsel to cross-examine the prime minister but refused it on the grounds that the proposed line of questioning was similar to that of Mr Aguis’ and that there was no evidence that Mr Howard had “ever met with Mr Geary or Mr Long”.

Mr Agius questioned the prime minister about a series of diplomatic cables sent to his office, which raised concerns about AWB’s contracts in Iraq.

Mr Howard told the inquiry that he doesn’t recall reading or being briefed about any of the cables referred to by the inquiry. The inquiry also heard that prior to 2003 there was no system in place to identify which cables had been bought to the prime minister’s attention.

In his statement to the inquiry, Mr Howard said that his office had not received four of the cables mentioned by the inquiry. Under questioning, Mr Howard confirmed this but conceded that it was likely that his staff had read the other 17.

When asked whether there were any guidelines which guided his advisors in deciding which cables should be bought to the prime minister’s attention, Mr Howard replied “No, there weren’t”.

The inquiry heard that the only discussions about which cables which should be bought to Mr Howard’s attention occurred when an advisor changed in very generic terms. Mr Howard told the inquiry that he would tell a new advisor “Well, you’ve got to exercise your own judgment, I can’t possibly read everything, and clearly I want things brought to my attention which are, in your judgment, important and are relevant to issues in front of the government at the time”.

Mr Howard admitted that the government had an interest in Iraq using the United Nations oil for food program for its own financial benefit, but said he did not expect cables dealing with alleged breach of UN sanctions to have been bought to his attention.

The questioning then turned to a statement Mr Howard made to the National Press Club on March 13, 2003, one week prior to the US-led Iraqi occupation. Speaking about Saddam Hussein Mr Howard said “He has cruelly and cynically manipulated the United Nations oil-for-food programme. He’s rorted it to buy weapons to supporthis designs at the expense of the wellbeing of his people”.

Mr Agius asked Mr Howard if his statement was based upon briefngs he had received. Mr Howard told the inquiry that the information was based upon “open source” intelligence stated at addresses by British foreign secretary Jack Straw and the United States state department. Mr Howard said one of his advisors “checked with some cables to confirm that those cables supported the open-source claims and was satisfied that they did”.

Mr Howard denied seeing the cables used by the advisor to support the claims, but believed he would have told her to be sure that everything they were saying can be supported by fact. Mr Howard told the inquiry that he never knew about cables which referred to Hussein rorting the UN Oil for Food program. Mr Howard admitted that at the time his “general knowledge” was that Hussein had breached UN sanctions and was rorting the Oil for Food program.

“My general knowledge at the time and belief was that the program had been rorted, and it was not seriously in dispute. Nobody was arguing it hadn’t been rorted” Mr Howard said.

The prime minister was questioned about an unassessed intelligence report which mentioned a Jordanian trucking company known as “Alia” paying kickbacks to Hussein. In response to this Mr Howard told the inquiry that he could not recall the information being bought to his attention, which was not unusual.

According to a recent survey almost every year, hundreds of claims are filed with the EEOC alleging to wrongful termination cause of action. In the year 2010, there were over 35,000 cases which were filed as wrongful termination at the workplace. This is a serious issue which is growing day by day and it needs to be considered before the number exceeds a certain limit.

For specifics on termination payments australia visit that page.

You wouldn’t like that just because of race, religion you’re being fired from your job. This is worst feeling you should ever face. But unfortunately, this is faced by a lot of people like you and me; it is bad because you know that you are working well with the company giving your 100% productivity to the company and after 2-3 years you are just fired for some small reason you even don’t know about. Therefore here is some information you should know about wrongful termination.

Steps That Can Help You After Being Fired:

If you want to improve your position after being fired, here are few steps that can help you to go through the process:

Have a proper documentation about your termination: place, time, conversations, etc. Try to provide as many dates and minute details.
In many cases, employers include termination clauses entitling you to a period of notice, keep on reviewing your employee handbook for guidance.
File a complaint with The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, so they can investigate allegations for your labor law violations including wrongful termination.
Avoid giving any negative comments against your employer.
Always opt for legal help like you can contact an ‘employees rights’ lawyer.
It is very important to know the terms and conditions in the agreement, if you’re an employee under employment contract.
Try to enquire the reasons as why or what reasons you’re terminated for.

7 Ways To Handle Losing A Job:

Collect final compensation from your employer:
The employer has to give his employee a final paycheck within a certain time, as the employee is entitled to severance pay. Even though every state has different laws, the employer no matter what has to issue a final paycheck immediately at earliest as possible.

An employee also receives an additional compensation in a severance package, especially if the terms are in written contract.

File for unemployment compensation:
The state law allows an unemployed worker to collect unemployment benefits or compensation if the termination was deliberate. Check with the unemployment agency in your state to claim more specific eligible requirements.

Continue healthcare coverage:
Under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) of 1986, the former employees have the right to continue healthcare coverage for up to 18 months under the employer’s plan. But the condition is that you have to pay the full premium and within 45 days after losing the job, you’ll receive an “electronic notice” and will have 60 days to elect the coverage, if you’re elected then congrats, the initial premium would be paid to you within 45 days.

Prepare your resume:
Always keep on updating your resume, even if you’ve worked in a particular firm for a longer time, you should still update your resume with your new experiences and current skills. Your resume should be truthful, error free and should be relevant and specific. If you’ve trouble in preparing resume, you can consider with your friends or colleagues.

Look for a part-time job:
